Roding Mobility GmbH is a global technology company based in Roding, Bavaria, with a focus on development- and manufacturing-services in the field of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) technology and e-mobility.
Within our “Mobility Prototypes” business unit, we are a leading global “one-stop shop” for innovative and forward-looking mobility projects.
As a general contractor for full-vehicle prototypes, technology demonstrators and small series, we offer an agile holistic development and manufacturing process starting with the inital custumer ideas up to ready-to-run full-vehicle. With our 80 employees at our headquarters and manufacturing site in Roding, we bring last-mile delivery solutions (e.g. L7E) to life as well as sports car and hypercar projects.

THE SPECIAL THING ABOUT THIS JOB:
You don’t work on standard series parts, but on sophisticated individual pieces with complex shapes and surfaces. Your paintwork gives show cars and prototypes their perfect look – unique vehicles that leave an impression!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Painting of exterior and interior surfaces for show cars & small series
- Careful preparation of the surfaces to be painted
- Precise painting of individual parts with the highest demands on accuracy and surface quality.
- Polishing, sealing and carrying out final quality checks to ensure a flawless result.
- Close collaboration with other teams such as model making and design
YOUR SKILLS:
- Successfully completed training as a painter, vehicle painter or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in model and prototype construction.
- Outstanding craftsmanship and a trained eye for aesthetic details.
- Experience in handling high-quality painting processes and modern paint materials.
- High level of quality awareness, precision and an independent way of working.
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating with specialists from different fields.
