We are looking for a committed and communicative personality to support our development department as Engineering Agile Lead / Scrum Manager.
This position plays a central role in the further development of agile working methods, the promotion of efficient team structures and the successful combination of engineering and project management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an agile environment, strong moderation and coaching skills and a good feel for processes, collaboration and continuous improvement. A structured way of working and enthusiasm for modern development and project methods round off the profile.

Within our “Mobility Prototypes” business unit, we are a leading global “one-stop shop” for innovative and forward-looking mobility projects. As a general contractor for full-vehicle prototypes, technology demonstrators and small series, we offer an agile holistic development and manufacturing process starting with the inital custumer ideas up to ready-to-run full-vehicle. With our 80 employees at our headquarters and manufacturing site in Roding, we bring last-mile delivery solutions (e.g. L7E) to life as well as sports car and hypercar projects.

YOUR TASK:
- Coaching and further development of our engineering teams in agile methods (Scrum / hybrid models)
- Establishing and scaling efficient agile processes across multiple projects
- Moderation and further development of Scrum events (planning, review, retrospective, etc.)
- Identification and elimination of impediments at team and organizational level
- Close cooperation with project management, PMO and specialist departments
- Support with the integration of agile working methods into existing development and project processes
- Promotion of transparency, self-organization and continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a comparable role
- Very good understanding of agile methods and their integration into classic project structures
- Confident appearance, strong moderation and coaching skills
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Ideally experience in the engineering / automotive environment
