To strengthen our production and mechanic team we are looking for an experienced senior mechanic m/f/d (No.1 Mechanic) for full-vehicle assembly of prototypes and small series.

As a general contractor for full-vehicle prototypes, technology demonstrators and small series, we offer an agile holistic development and manufacturing process starting with the inital custumer ideas up to ready-to-run full-vehicle. With our 80 employees at our headquarters and manufacturing site in Roding, we bring last-mile delivery solutions (e.g. L7E) to life as well as sports car and hypercar projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management and coordination of your own prototype and small-series mechanics team for full vehicle assembly
- Implementing and driving quality standards and workflows
- Assembly of full-vehicles according to design drawings, part-lists and working instructions
- Independent execution of assembly work on full-vehicle level and in special body-, chassis- and drive systems
- Planning and execution of on-time commissioning of new full-vehicles in direct link with the development team
- Support of the test & validation team during testing
- Proper documentation of executed work incl. changes and proposals for optimization
- Independent optimization of workflows and processes
YOUR SKILLS:
- Technical high school diploma or equivalent (electrical profession, mechatronics, electromechanics, etc.)
- Previous experience in the assembly of vehicles, ideally in the fileld of prototype s or special series
- Several years of experience in the field of motorsport or small series is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of mechanics, electronics and drive technology
- Confident knowledge in the use of tools, measuring and testing equipment
- Good understanding of technical drawings and parts lists
- Previous experience in the field of electric vehicles as an advantage
- Completed trainging as High-voltage-technician/mechanics as an advantage
- Independent, conscientious and goal-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel to support testing & validation at race tracks and proving grounds
- Ability to lead a team
