For our fibre composite production we are looking for a specialist prepreg laminate production with a focus on motorsport and aerospace to support us in the production of sophisticated lightweight components with immediate effect.

Our “Advanced Composites” division is a leading “one-stop store” for high-performance fiber composite components and lightweight structures. We offer the “who’s who” of the motorsport, automotive and aerospace industries a holistic development and production process from the idea to the individual component or small series. With our 80 employees at our headquarters and production site in Roding, we realize components for Formula 1 vehicles, helicopters and airplanes, but above all also special automotive series, small series and hypercars.

YOUR ROLE:
- Careful insertion of prepreg blanks based on customer drawings and plybooks
- Construction of complex components for motorsport, in particular hollow components
- Independent packaging and preparation of the components for the subsequent autoclave process
- Careful maintenance of the documentation accompanying production
- Ensuring repeatable and high quality
- Reconditioning and repair of tools for laminate production (CFRP/aluminium, etc.)
- Ensuring product quality through careful and accurate work
- Support in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures
YOUR SKILLS:
- Completed vocational training in the field of fibre composites or comparable qualification
- Experience in prepreg laminate production
- Good knowledge in the production of fibre composite components
- Distinct technical understanding
- Extreme care and patience at work
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- High operational readiness
- Ability to work in a team
