• Responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of technical projects
• Coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams across all development and production phases, from prototype production to small series production
• Developing and implementing project strategies to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Analyzing project requirements and risks and initiating corrective and preventive actions
• Carrying out and documenting project status reports and presenting project results to management
• Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces, such as development, production and our customers

• Successfully completed university degree in engineering field (e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, etc.) or a comparable technical education with appropriate further training in project management
• Proven expert knowledge and +3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Sound knowledge in the planning and implementation of technical projects
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and in the implementation of projects according to common project management methods
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in dealing with complex project requirements and developing sustainable solutions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High motivation, willingness to take responsibility and ownership of a project
