We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented person to join our engineering team in the field of tool design for CFRP and fiber composite components.
This position plays a central role in the development and implementation of high-quality tool and production concepts for demanding lightweight construction projects in the automotive, motorsport, aerospace and hypercar sectors.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in the design of composite tools, a strong technical understanding of manufacturing and separation concepts as well as confidence in using modern CAD systems such as CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE. Enthusiasm for innovative lightweight construction technologies and precise development work round off the profile.

Our “Advanced Composites” division is a leading “one-stop store” for high-performance fiber composite components and lightweight structures. With our 80 employees at our headquarters and production site in Roding, we produce components for Formula 1 vehicles, helicopters and airplanes, but above all special automotive series, small series and hypercars.

YOUR TASK:
- Development of mold separations and tool concepts for complex CFRP components
- Detailed design of molds, devices and auxiliary equipment in CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE
- Close cooperation with development, production, quality and project management
- Consideration of common composite processes (prepreg, RTM, pressing)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of experience in CFRP / fiber composite tool design
- Very good understanding of separation concepts, demolding and production-oriented design
- Confident handling of CATIA V5, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE
- Good knowledge of CATIA V5 surface design
- Interest in lightweight construction, high-performance components and challenging development projects
