YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes in accordance with the requirements of the VDA standards (German Association of the Automotive Industry).
- Implementation and documentation of process and product quality tests across all development and production phases, from prototype production to small series.
- Development and implementation of quality strategies to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality guidelines.
- Root cause analysis and initiation of corrective and preventive measures as part of the 8D report.
- Coordination and implementation of internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3, as well as monitoring the implementation of measures.
- Supporting production in the monitoring of test equipment and in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
- Active participation in the development of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to minimize risks in product and process development.
- Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces, such as development, production and, if necessary, external testing organizations.
- Creation and maintenance of quality documentation (e.g. inspection plans, control instructions, reports) and presentation of quality indicators to management.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, etc.) or comparable technical training with appropriate further training in quality management.
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance and quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Sound knowledge of VDA standards (especially VDA 6.3) and ISO standards (ISO 9001)
- Experience in conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3
- Experience with quality assurance methods and tools such as 8D reports and FMEA
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, especially in dealing with complex quality issues and developing sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience in the development and implementation of quality strategies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
